In this discussion with Aaron Harber, Bob Schaffer explains his reasons for contending the Senate election.  He outlines his experiences in the private sector, in the Colorado state senate, and as a federal member of the House of Representatives.  Bob explains his motivation for taking a three-term limit pledge when he served in Congress and argues for reform of the institution which he describes as "corrupt" and failing to serve the American people.   He talks of the role the voting public needs to play in pushing reform.  Bob identifies his frustration with the system and desire to ensure Congress serves the people as key drivers for his Senate candidacy.

Bob discusses his achievements whilst in Congress in the areas of agriculture, education and international affairs, and identifies issues on which he would concentrate if elected to the Senate.
